SHIPPING & RETURNS For customers in the UK/ USA/ France/ Canada, can use the Overnight Shipment plan to receive their order within 24 hours (depending on your location).

Our Shipping Policy

The shipping policy of www.achatcannabis.fr goes as follows for local and international orders;

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders within the U.S.A / Canada/ France/ UK are processed and delivered within 1 day, both inclusive. Free shipping is available for orders over $1000.
  • International Shipping: This concerns customers in countries out of UK/ U.S.A/ Canada or France. We offer two options for international shipping—overnight (1-day) and 3-day shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Note the Free shipping applies to international orders too for orders over $1000.

After payment has been verified by our sales executive over the phone or by email. A customer service agent will call you and provide you your tracking id. We ship via Third party agencies under safety and discretion policies (Packages are sent with prescription notes for insurance). We make use of FedEx, UPS, TNT SAME DAY and FedEx Overnight Service. Delivery Timings vary from State to State. Any order is subject to be placed on hold by billing issues. Any order placed on Monday – Saturday till 8 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day and delivered by the next day morning.

Our Return and Refund Policy

 
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@achatcannabis.fr.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail us or place a query via our contact form. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You can send us your request mentioning the “Money back Claim” in the subject field. As soon as we received goods from your side and our verification department approves, one of our customer service agents will entertain your request with the facility of exchange, credits or a prompt refund.
